Going plant-based eating is not all or nothing

We all know the arguments that being vegetarian is better for the environment and for the animals -- but in a carnivorous culture, it can be hard to make the change. Graham Hill has a powerful, pragmatic suggestion: Be a weekday veg. Some of our friends would consciously go plant-based for 2 out of the 3 main meals everyday, every other day or on dates that ends with odd number. There are many ways to start going plant-based. Take small steps. The key is not putting it off and saying “I will give up meat one day.” There are seven days in a week but someday isn't one of them.
